GOT A JOB!!!! Finally, I start on Monday. I am so sorry for everyone who is struggling and I want you to know that this was an experience for me to say the least. I know now just what it is to struggle and just trying to survive to the next month. I wish you all the best and I will keep checking in.  in response to bookworm2011...   They all said the money is gone. I guess they get new money in January. I'm hoping I can get help before the eviction process takes place. Hopefully I will just have to pay a late fee. I'm hoping employment will pick up as well. Thank you for the info.

Need help with rent, utilities, etc. I have been unemployed for 5 months and have depleted all my money to keep me going. All my bills are due at the end of the month and I have no money. I have applied for Leap but haven't heard back from them. I've made arrangements to pay some of my debts late but I'm only buying time. I'm single and don't have anyone to lean on. I've never been in this situation before and if I can't pay the rent they will start eviction proceedings. I continue to look for work everyday with no luck. I've just hit a rough patch right now and we all do at some time or another. This is my time but I'm optimistic that things will pick up in January. Any help is appareciated and I will gladly repay anyone who provides assistance. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
